All items must be returned in their original packaging, with manuals, and accessories. Please keep in mind returned items must be in new condition with no visible wear or functional damage caused by the customer. Shipping costs to return the item will not be reimbursed. After item is received and inspected, we will reimburse your source of payment. If you decide to return the item, please first contact us via email first and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
